  1. What kind of pets do you allow?

    We have restrictions: No Pitbulls or Pitbull mix.

  2. How many pets can I have?

    Maximum 2 pets per apartment.

  3. Are there any fees or monthly charges to have a pet?

    Monthly rent for a dog per month is $50 and for a cat $25.

  4. Do you have parking on-site?

    We have a heated garage and it is an assigned parking.

  5. Is my security deposit totally refundable?

    Yes, if there are no damages in the apartment.

  6. How long is the lease-term?

    6-12 Months.

  7. Is there a short term fee?

    Anything below 9 months is a $250 short term fee per month.

  8. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

    Please use BuildingLink service or contact the concierge.

  9. When is my rent payment due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We give you a grace period until the 5th of every month.

  10. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

    The 6th of the month.

  11. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?

    Yes, as long as it is in the form of a check.

  12. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?

    They must fill out an application and pay the application fee.

  13. Do you have cable service?

    Yes, Cablevision and Verizon Fioz. Residents will be responsible.

  14. What utilities are included?

    We will pay for hot/cold water, sewer, and trash. Each apartment will be responsible for gas, electric, cable, and phone.
